Suchita holds a Master’s degree in Law (Business Laws) She is an alumnus of Government Law College, Mumbai. During her tenure of more than 8 years with the Firm, she has been involved in title investigation of immovable properties, Project Finance comprising of Title and Corporate Due- Diligence, advising Banks/ NBFCs on creation of different types of mortgages, advising Individuals/ Companies on properties of various kinds- Slums, MHADA, MIDC, etc.

Averil holds a Master’s degree in Law (Business Laws) and is also a qualified Company Secretary with an extensive experience in the field of Secretarial & Legal Compliance. Averil’s areas of practice include corporate due diligence, investments through debentures, fund-raising compliances, capital markets, private equity, drafting of transaction documents for debt funding and general corporate advisory.

Vishakha holds a Masters’ degree in law with specialization in Business Laws. Vishakha is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. Vishakha has been associated with Vasmum Legal since the year 2020. She has handled and worked on the matters related to Title due diligence for power projects, title due diligence for different types of lands such as Slums, MHADA, MIDC etc.
Namrata Sartape

Associate

Namrata holds a bachelor’s degree in law and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. She has been associated with Vasmum Legal since March 2021. She is an Associate with the Real Estate team and focusses on real estate transaction, project finance matters including detailed inspection of title, Corporate Due Diligence and drafting of transaction documents such as Mortgage Deed, Hypothecation Deed, Personal Guarantee, Corporate Guarantee, etc.
RENCY DSOUZA

Associate

Rency holds a Masters degree in law with specialization in Business Laws. Rency is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. Rency is associated with Vasmum Legal since the year 2022. She has been working with the Real Estate team and is involved in conducting Title Due-Diligence for Banks, NBFCs and Companies and advising them on creation of mortgage and securing their interests.
VALENTINA GEORGE

Valentina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Mumbai University and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. She has been actively working with the Real Estate and Project Finance team and is involved in conducting Title Due-Diligence for Banks, NBFCs and Companies and advising them on creation of different types of mortgages.
Netra Naik

Netra works with the Real Estate team and is involved in conducting Title Due-Diligence for Banks, NBFCs and Companies and advising them on creation of security and securing their interests. She is involved in drafting of documents for real estate transactions, public notices, no claim certificate, release deed, etc.
DEOVRAT WALWAIKAR

Deovrat specialises in Civil and Criminal litigation. He is a law graduate from G. J. Advani Law College, Mumbai and has also done Masters in Law (Crimes) from the University of Mumbai. Deovrat is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.

Kaushik Jain

Kaushik holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Mumbai University. He has worked in civil and criminal matters across courts in Mumbai and Pune. He possesses knowledge and expertise in title due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, advising on redevelopment projects, drafting agreements, conveyance deeds, leave and license agreements, legal notices, etc.
